The Senior Data Scientist, Growth Analytics, will provide data products such as raw data, campaign facts, and growth insights to help customers improve campaign performance and maximize their business goals with Moloco. Responsibilities include data gathering, analysis, and communication of presentations and recommendations to stakeholders; creating custom visual displays of quantitative information through queries, scripts, and automated reports and dashboards; verifying data accuracy from ad exchanges and mobile-app tracking solutions; monitoring campaign performance and partnering with sales teams on bespoke client analysis; and collaborating with key stakeholders to improve products and services with a focus on client growth. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 6+ years with statistical packages (R, Python, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, SQL), strong knowledge of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis, programming experience in Python or R and SQL, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and proven leadership and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in a quantitative field and willingness to teach and learn new techniques. The role offers a base pay range of $172,000 - $220,000 USD and a competitive benefits package for US residents.
