Requirements
5+ years engineering management experience in high-growth engineering organizations. Experienced agile scrummaster, keeping teams productive, aligned, inspired, and unblocked. Passionate for your developers’ growth and success, providing technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members Participate in cross-functional coordination, planning, and reviews with leads from other engineering teams. Partner with product owner(s) to align on objectives, priorities , tradeoffs and risk Experienced with short release cycles, the full software lifecycle, including supporting software in production. Champion and drive a culture of continuous learning to improve execution. An advocate for software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build processes, testing, and operations Foster a culture of empowerment, transparency, trust, and respect among development teams and partners. Proactive, and comfortable creating order and meaning from limited specifications. A related technical degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
Ownership of the whole software development lifecycle, including: Service ownership, Familiarity with CI/CD approaches, Experience supporting and troubleshooting software in production Understanding of how to balance speed of delivery with maintainability Proficient in written and spoken English Conversant with Salesforce Platform features and best practices
In office expectations are 10 days/a quarter to support customers and/or collaborate with their teams.
