Founding AI Engineer
to join our early-stage, high-growth AI startup. This pivotal role will place you at the forefront of shaping and scaling our AI/ML systems, helping us deliver cutting-edge solutions. As a founding engineer, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the product, architecture, and vision of the company, while leading a team of innovators. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize
large-scale AI/ML models, particularly around large language models (LLMs) and advanced machine learning algorithms. Collaborate
with product and engineering teams to implement state-of-the-art AI technologies. Own projects end-to-end , from ideation and research through to prototyping and deployment. Qualifications: Expertise in
AI/ML , with significant experience in building LLMs and other machine learning models. Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Google Cloud, etc.). A proven track record in
fast-paced, high-growth startup environments . Leadership potential
