What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead the expansion of the employer's global OEM/ODM customer base, driving growth with key accounts - Build and deepen strategic relationships at the C-level across various functions - Develop and execute a global go-to-market strategy aligned with OEM design cycles and joint development opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions - Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of account directors and technical sales specialists

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 15 years of experience in OEM/ODM enterprise sales and strategic business development, preferably in semiconductor or component markets - Proven track record of generating revenue through customer-led growth and new business development - Experience leading strategic accounts through full lifecycles, including penetration, growth, and retention - Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and coach culturally diverse teams - Deep experience in complex contract negotiations and multi-region deal structures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Background in technical sales with a focus on semiconductor or electronic component markets - Experience working in global matrixed organizations with a strong collaborative approach - Demonstrated success in developing and implementing pipeline and account planning systems - Executive presence and commercial intuition in solving complex business challenges
