Key Responsibilities: • Administer and manage SQL Server databases, ensuring high performance, availability, and security. • Create SSRS reports in coordination with end user specifications • Perform regular database backups, recovery, and performance tuning to optimize system functionality. • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and provide support to business users. • Experience with Database encryption including TDE and TLS • Document and enforce database standards, procedures, and security policies. • Collaborate with development teams to implement the best practices in database management and integration. • Stay up to date with new database technologies and techniques, recommending and implementing improvements when appropriate.
Required Skills : • Expert in SQL Server Database Administration (DBA), including performance tuning, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting. • Advance experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and designing and developing reports • Experience with Data Replication; design, configuration, implementation, and monitoring. • Experience with SQL scripting and query optimization to support high-volume data operations. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues with minimal supervision. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with automation tools and database monitoring solutions. • Knowledge of DevOps practices
