We are seeking an experienced
Logistics Operation Planning Manager
to join our dynamic team and lead all the logistics operations. In this role, you will manage end-to-end logistics operations including customer service, material procurement, transportation management, and finished goods shipments while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance. Responsibilities: Act as the primary logistics contact and address inquiries and coordinate resolutions with internal teams, ensuring clear and documented communication. Develop procurement plans aligned with production and coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery. Oversee third-party carriers; optimize routes, modes, and costs through analysis and negotiation. Manage outbound schedules and 3PL coordination and ensure accurate delivery and shipping documentation. Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff and ensure SOP compliance and resolve workflow issues. Identify and implement logistics workflow improvements and collaborate with IT to enhance WMS/TMS performance. Track key logistics metrics and deliver regular performance reports and lead corrective actions. Provide logistics insights for planning and consulting and support cross-functional initiatives and new project rollouts. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in a business-related field required. At least 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding, warehouse operations, or logistics sales, with strong supply chain knowledge. At least 3 years of managerial experience in a warehouse or distribution center. Hands-on experience with logistics systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for data analysis and reporting. Bilingual in Korean and English. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in WMS/TMS operations. Leadership and communication skills and capable of training and supporting cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and system security practices. Ability to travel up to 20% in U.S.
