They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of their SaaS decisioning capabilities for MarTech and AdTech customers, focusing on delivering personalized content experiences throughout the customer engagement lifecycle. Responsibilities: • Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for MarTech and AdTech decisioning aligned with customer needs and business objectives. • Prioritize features and capabilities based on impact, customer feedback, and market trends in MarTech and AdTech. • Perform product discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to understand use cases, pain points, and performance goals. • Work with engineering and data science teams to define requirements for core functionalities including: Real-time rule-based and ML-driven decisioning, Contextual content targeting and personalization, Integration with CDPs, Ad Exchanges & SSPs and DSP’s • Performance & Optimization: Ensure the system meets latency, scalability, cost and reliability standards required for high-volume content requests. • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals. Qualifications: Required: • 8+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment, preferably with MarTech or AdTech platforms • Strong understanding of real-time decision engines, content targeting, and personalization strategies • Experience working within Martech and Adtech ecosystems including APIs, data integrations, and platforms like CDPs, Ad Exchanges & SSPs and DSP’s • You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
