Shadowing/Training: Train, role-play, and demonstrate industry practices under an expert agent. Lead Generation: Execute our lead generation systems weekly to enhance your skills. Open Houses: Host open houses to attract buyers and sellers using our support. Communication: Build relationships and convert conversations into appointments. Script Training: Participate in weekly script practice sessions. Teamwork: Engage in team activities fostering camaraderie. Coaching/Training: Attend weekly coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls. Consultation: Guide buyers through the home buying process using proven systems. Home Selection: Identify homes that meet client needs and secure signed agreements. Negotiation: Use scripts and techniques to negotiate offers that exceed client goals. Support: Utilize our support team to handle transaction tasks. Technology: Use PLACE Technology to streamline client support and meet goals. Qualifications
Energetic, relationship-focused, and growth-oriented individuals with a real estate license, high school diploma, and a positive attitude. Ability to drive and analyze client needs is essential. About the Team
