What You'll Do: Be the Face of Elite:
Greet potential members with a smile, provide tours of our facility, and share the benefits of becoming part of the Elite family. Build Relationships:
Connect with prospects, understand their fitness goals, and tailor membership options to meet their needs. Drive Membership Growth:
Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our memberships through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Host Fun Events:
Organize and participate in exciting events to attract new members and engage current ones. Collaborate:
Work closely with our amazing team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members. What We're Looking For:
People Person:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others. Fitness Enthusiast:
Knowledge of fitness trends and an understanding of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Sales Savvy:
Previous sales experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Energetic & Fun:
