We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to support and manage services that enhance user experience and engagement. The role focuses on optimizing technology adoption, usability, and satisfaction with IT endpoint services. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage our digital workplace infrastructure to boost productivity and collaboration. This position requires a deep understanding of modern workplace technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. It bridges IT operations and user needs by ensuring technology solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and Implementation :
Develop and deploy digital workplace solutions that improve user experience and streamline operations, including collaboration tools, communication platforms, and cloud services. Lead or support initiatives to reimagine user experience, communicate advancements, and demonstrate their benefits to internal audiences. Customer Support :
Collaborate with diverse interest groups to achieve technical goals. Leverage innovative technologies like Co-Pilot and other endpoint tools. Conduct business sessions to understand customer needs and ensure M365 offerings align with operational goals. System Management :
Oversee daily management, configuration, and optimization of endpoint systems. Ensure systems operate efficiently and securely through updates, configurations, and maintenance. Technical Support :
Manage escalated technical issues, automate processes, and support the design of scalable, secure M365 solutions. Collaborate with team members on technical architecture. Security and Compliance :
Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Reporting :
Develop and report on key metrics and KPIs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge articles and anticipate customer needs through data analysis. Communication :
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, explaining technology benefits and acting as an advocate for innovation. Collaboration :
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver endpoint solutions, create roadmaps, and drive business outcomes with a focus on service excellence. Continuous Improvement :
Stay current with trends in digital workplace and M365 developments. Identify and lead initiatives for improvement. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years in IT, with experience in desktop and endpoint engineering. Proficiency in automated workstation builds, software deployment, and scripting. Experience supporting multi-OS platforms (Windows, Mobile, Citrix, VMs). Knowledge of modern workplace technologies including Office M365, Intune, Autopilot, MDM, Citrix, VMWare, Teams, Co-Pilot, AI tools. Experience with Azure cloud platform. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Desired Qualifications : Microsoft or M365 certifications. Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Microsoft Graph). Experience with Microsoft’s Generative AI tools (Copilot, CoPilot Studio). Compensation :
Salary ranges from $108,000 to $202,000. The exact figure will be determined during the interview, based on experience, expertise, and market factors. We consider applicants with arrest and conviction records, in accordance with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act.
