We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to become an integral part of the Customer Digital Technology team to execute on strategic initiatives that span multiple groups at the company. You will be at the confluence of technology, business innovation, operations and digital marketing to render next generation of digital experiences for our customers. Engage in programs from early stages, map work onto different work streams and lead the charge to ensure daily activity continues to fulfill program needs while proactively communicating progress to stakeholders. A strong management team will support you in achieving your project and self-development goals.
What You'll Do
Analysis and Requirements Project Management Quality Assurance
Requirements
7-10 years of progressive IT Business Analysis experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Mathematics, Engineering or Business Management fields or equivalent experience. Analytically oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, SMEs and executives on a daily basis Ability to work across multiple work streams and use of diplomatic influence to shape projects and drive progress Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision Experienced in relational database queries with strong analytical skills Experience working with JSON format web service APIs and web technologies Experienced with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and related productivity tools Hybrid work – expected schedule of: M, F remote, Tu, W, Th in office.
