This leader ensures that the right tools, processes, systems, and client-facing solutions are in place to support the seamless delivery of high-quality services. They provide strategic oversight and hands-on support to their team, championing operational best practices that maximize productivity and efficiency. In addition to managing daily execution, this role contributes to the strategic direction of the function to ensure it evolves in alignment with business goals.

What you will work on

Oversee day-to-day client operations to ensure seamless execution of client and internal processes & due diligence.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalability.

Ensure operational policies, procedures, and controls are up-to-date and consistently applied.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Delivery teams

Act as a liaison between client operations and leadership to align priorities and resolve challenges.

Optimize alignment with business partners to best meet both internal and client needs.

Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Develop training to enhance team capabilities with existing and new processes.

What you will bring

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

10+ years of administrative/operational experience.

Make recommendations and decisions based on independent analysis, reasoning, and judgment.

Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a matrixed environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Make decisions on administrative issues and ensures effective achievement of objectives for their direct reports.

Enterprise, cross-fuctional understanding, and awareness.

Demonstrate ability to work independently, follow procedures and pay careful attention to detail in a fast paced, fluid environment.

What you can expect

All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000

Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
