Client: Cummins (CMI2JP00013943) Title: Product Owner - IAM Technical Manager Duration: 6 Months contract+ Location: Atlanta, GA / Columbus, IN / Nashville, TN (Hybrid - 2 days/week in office) Primary Function: The IAM Technical Manager is responsible for planning, evaluation, architecture, and support of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and associated processes. The role involves providing subject matter expertise in technical and non-technical settings, identifying, evaluating, and participating in decision-making around new and emerging IAM technologies, and supporting other IAM areas as needed.
Core Responsibilities:
Build a strong PAM foundation as a key contributor to the strategy, design, and management of the enterprise PAM program.
Analyze, design, develop, implement, and integrate PAM (CyberArk) solutions for various business functions; establish repeatable processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate across functions to improve IAM solutions, enhancing compliance and best practices.
Support ongoing system operations, maintenance, and problem resolution; anticipate, identify, and resolve technical issues.
Assist application teams through the SDLC process, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and system integration with PAM solutions.
Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and security issues with the platform.
Understand the IT enterprise architecture and communicate with the architecture team to ensure PAM security standards are incorporated into the Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
Conduct industry and market research to stay informed on PAM/IAM trends.
Produce and review reports to measure services against key performance and risk indicators.
Training and Experience:
Extensive experience with Privileged Access Management products (CyberArk, Delinea, etc.).
Proficient with Access Management products (MS Entra/Okta/Ping, preferably MS Entra).
Effective communication skills for technical, non-technical, management, and executive audiences.
Experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise IAM services in large, complex organizations.
Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS.
Familiarity with federated identity systems, directory services, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, SSO, and related standards (SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI).
Active Directory concepts and database architecture knowledge.
Knowledge of agile workflows and cloud technologies (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS).
Proven ability to build strong enterprise relationships.
Good communication, diagnostic, testing, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
Preferred security certifications (CISSP, CIGE, CIAM, CIMP, CAMS, CIPA).
