This is not a typical 9-to-5. The best GMs thrive in a dynamic environment, show up for their teams and members, and take ownership of their center’s success. You’ll Lead: A high-performing team of coaches and leaders Weekly coaching (3–5 classes) to stay close to the mission Sales and member growth through community engagement Daily operations, staffing, and team management Recruitment, hiring, and development of coaching talent You’ll Own: The vibe – Keep energy high and culture strong The numbers – Drive performance, growth, and retention The experience – Build an environment families love The brand – Be an ambassador in the local community Who You Are 1–3+ years in leadership, sales, customer service, or operations Background in education, fitness, youth programming, or coaching is a big plus A natural leader who motivates and builds strong teams Energetic, problem-solving, and detail-oriented Comfortable working weekends—when our families show up, we do too You’re hungry to learn, lead, and grow Required Certifications (can be completed post-hire) CPR First Aid EpiPen Physical Requirements Active, energetic presence on the floor Able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed Willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed Ready to Grow with Us?
