On-Call/Sub Site Program Manager
role offers $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on education and experience, and is located within the Yuma School District after-school sites. Availability for split shifts: Before school (6:15 am - 8:40 am) and after school (1:45 pm - 6:00 pm Mondays, 3:15 pm - 6:00 pm Tuesday-Friday). Requirements include: Minimum of 24 college credits in early childhood education, with transcripts required. Ability to complete CPR/First Aid, background check, mandated reporter training, and hold a valid Arizona fingerprint card. At least 12 months of experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting. Must be 21 years or older, with a high school diploma or GED, and one year of supervisory/management experience. Reside near the JO Combs area schools. Key responsibilities: Organize program materials, document attendance and incidents. Deliver engaging curriculum and support children's social and academic development. Model positive guidance and classroom management. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff. Meet regularly with the Area Manager. Benefits include: Health, dental, vision insurance.
