$9,000–$11,000/month (depending on experience) Job Summary: Novem is seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, and execution-oriented Associate Director of Digital Solutions to join our team during an exciting growth phase. This role is both client-facing and operational. You will help lead digital strategy, manage execution across digital channels, and play a hands-on role in delivering innovative solutions to pharma marketing and medical affairs clients. You’ll be joining a nimble, energetic team with a fast-paced, collaborative culture. About Novem: Novem is a growing advertising agency focused exclusively on helping pharmaceutical companies engage Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)—a fast-growing, highly influential group of prescribers. We deliver digital media, AI-powered tools, and educational solutions that support both brand marketing and medical affairs. As we complete our second year in business, Novem is entering a critical growth phase with expanding partnerships in GI, liver disease, metabolic disorders, rheumatology, pulmonology, and cardiology. We’re looking for a strategic, client-savvy leader to join our team as we gear up for the next level. Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of digital solutions including paid media, websites, digital hubs, and AI-based engagement tools Oversee day-to-day campaign execution across LinkedIn, YouTube, SEM, email, and endemic platforms Participate in client meetings and help translate performance data into insights and optimizations Integrate AI strategies into targeting, segmentation, automation, and analytics Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to launch effective and compliant campaigns Apply disease area knowledge in therapeutic categories such as GI, liver, metabolic, rheumatology, pulmonology, and cardiology Qualifications: 7+ years of digital experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency or healthcare digital company Hands-on experience managing campaigns and digital deliverables across platforms Knowledge of MLR, branded/unbranded campaign regulations Experience using or integrating AI tools into digital workflows Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills Strong organizational skills and ability to operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting Must be willing to travel to our East Hanover, NJ office a few days each month Contract Duration: 3 months; 40-45 hours per week Target Start Date: September 9, 2025 Monthly Compensation: $9,000–$11,000 Remote Role with limited on-site travel required to the office Potential to convert to full-time based on performance To Apply: Submit your resume along with a brief cover letter explaining your interest in the role and how your experience aligns with Novem’s vision to: talent@engagenovem.com Seniority level
