Collection Requirements Manager

The Opportunity

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a Collection Requirements Manager (CRM), you use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to collaborate across the IC to understand intelligence gaps, prioritize information required to close them, and give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to lead efforts to inform our nation’s leaders.

Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll prioritize, establish, and develop collection requirements. You'll be responsible for tracking and managing collection requirements and supporting collection assessment efforts. Your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

This is a chance to broaden your skillset into areas like intelligence disciplines and analytic requirements. You’ll share your expertise with other collection managers through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to help your clients meet their toughest analytic challenges.

You Have

Experience identifying appropriate CM access points and methods Knowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, or OSINT Knowledge of how to use available tools to search for trends or anomalies in data Ability to develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of CM systems Ability to validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, evaluate, and terminate CM programs and initiatives Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting the IC, or 7+ years of experience supporting the IC in lieu of a degree

Experience as a multi-intelligence CRM Experience with MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R Ability to brief senior defense and government officials Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Completion of an in-residence DoD IC Collection Management Course

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
