Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications:
MBA degree. 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, or a digital media environment. 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting. About The Job The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's Ads business runs smoothly. We set go-to-market strategy and ensure flawless execution and operations. Teams are embedded in each major Ads business area and work across the business. Members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic approach. The Global Product Solutions (GPS) Go-to-Market Strategy Operations partners with GPS and regional GTM teams to drive initiatives for the Global Business Organization (GBO), focusing on marketing objectives and horizontal integration. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Lead cross-functional projects, liaising across GTM Operations, Business, Finance, and Product. Drive execution of time-critical workstreams. Partner with a Global Product Solutions Leader on product and go-to-market strategies, ensuring operational excellence. Develop and track key metrics for GBO priorities in quarterly meetings such as Steercos and Business Forecast Meetings.
