Delta Professional Services (DPS) is the premier Flight Training & Standards provider for Delta Air Lines and its partners. The General Manager, Client Operations, will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and support to external clients, including onboarding new clients and expanding DPS business. The role involves creating streamlined operational processes, driving business growth, and enhancing customer trust through innovative training offerings. This leadership position reports to the SVP of Operations & Client Experience at DPS. Key responsibilities include leading client program managers, fostering client relationships, managing projects and P/L, supporting sourcing and recruitment, and ensuring safety and continuous improvement. The role requires travel and strategic development of client support processes.
