8 to 4 Education:
Associate degree Responsibilities Perform biochemical/physical/chemical analyses of test samples under cGMP to meet timelines. Evaluate data against criteria. Work independently on mastered assays. Develop proficiency in various test methods. Train other analysts. Maintain an inspection-ready laboratory environment. Manage laboratory supplies. Support routine lab functions to meet business needs. Familiarize with cGMP, 21CFR, USP, EP, and ICH regulations. Collaborate with other departments as needed. Ensure compliance with policies. Assist in revising procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks independently. Computer proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel. Good communication and documentation skills. Work independently. Desired Skills At least 1 year experience in a cGMP/GLP lab; quality control experience preferred. Minimum Requirements Laboratory experience in quality control, documentation, and GMP standards. Education B.S./B.A. in Science (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry) with 2-3 years relevant experience or A.S. with 4+ years relevant experience. Randstad is an equal opportunity employer.
