Health insurance fully covered by LR for employee, will have to pay extra for family coverage 401k matching contribution up to 4% and profit sharing 3% on top of that plus Bi-annual bonuses and they range from 8-15% Bi-annual firm trips (all-inclusive/expenses paid for) Summer hours are 37 hours per week, then 39 hours after labor day and then 45-55 hours for fall busy season and 55-60 for spring busy season

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day execution of audit engagements for a variety of clients, ensuring adherence to GAAP, GAAS, and applicable regulatory standards. Supervise and support audit staff, providing training, feedback, and guidance to ensure professional development and high-quality deliverables. Design and review audit procedures, workpapers, and findings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm standards. Identify and communicate process improvements and best practices to enhance audit efficiency and client satisfaction. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering timely, value-added insights. Draft and present audit reports and findings to clients and internal stakeholders. Stay abreast of evolving accounting and auditing standards, as well as industry and regulatory updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license required. Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with audit software (e.g., CaseWare, ProSystem fx) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
