Job Duties: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP Manage general ledger operations and account reconciliations Lead month-end and year-end close processes Supervise and mentor accounting staff Oversee treasury operations and internal controls Ensure audit and tax compliance Collaborate on special projects and process improvements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MIP or Yardi preferred Deep understanding of GAAP and fund accounting principles Strong analytical and communication skills Leadership and staff development experience Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Ability to perform complex account reconciliations independently Cordia by Cherry Bekaert:
