Savannah, GA Salary :
Up to $120K Job Responsibilities : Supervise the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and communicate with vendors tied to Payables and Receivables. Review Property Management System reports and integrations with M3 Financial Software. Supervise and manage the property Controller. Supervise the daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Analyze and reconcile all general ledger accounts and bank statements to ensure financial information is accurate and available. Prepare financial statements and reports for management. Prepare stub-year opening operating budget. Compile and prepare the annual budget, forecasts, taxes, and other financial reports to support management and owners. Train, monitor, and coordinate the implementation of financial and cash controls across hotel departments to ensure compliance and minimize liabilities. Resolve problems and maintain accounting systems and equipment for smooth operations. Maintain fiduciary responsibility to the company and management. Perform all other duties as assigned or requested by management.
