They are seeking an
experienced and motivated Lead Private Wealth Advisor
to join their San Diego team. This is a client-facing role where you’ll provide
comprehensive financial planning and investment management solutions , while driving business growth by converting prospects into long-term clients. Lead Private Wealth Advisor Responsibilities
Deliver customized financial planning strategies across retirement, tax, estate, charitable giving, insurance, education, and business planning. Lead client meetings with confidence, providing clear, solution-driven advice. Monitor and manage client portfolios, making proactive recommendations based on market conditions and performance. Convert leads into loyal clients through a proven prospecting process and referral network. Collaborate with client service, trading, and analyst teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Mentor and coach associate advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Lead Private Wealth Advisor Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field. Series 65 license and CFP designation (or progress toward completion. 5+ years as a financial advisor with experience leading meetings and managing client relationships. Strong financial planning skills (eMoney experience a plus). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach. Collaborative, humble, and growth-minded team player.
