Job Description: The Sr. Software Developer (SuccessFactors) will be responsible for developing and integrating Korn Ferry's digital products with SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. The role requires a hands-on approach to development while also contributing to functional requirements gathering and implementation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Develop and integrate applications with SuccessFactors. Work with third-party vendors on end-to-end integration. Handle infrastructure, integration support, and coding aspects. Maintain and enhance integration features for the SuccessFactors marketplace. Gather and analyze functional requirements. Collaborate with internal teams for development and deployment. Requirements:
Must-Haves:
6-7+ years of experience in software development. Strong experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors. Hands-on coding and development experience. Experience with packaged solutions and database structures within SuccessFactors. Working with third-party vendors for integration projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Backend development experience, including SFTP/API integration. Experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Talent Management and Payroll. Understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with ReactJS. Prior experience in developing apps for the SuccessFactors marketplace. Experience working in Agile teams.
