WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE: Serve as a key business partner and support to the plant manager at our flagship lean manufacturing facility. Drive productivity, reduce inventory, analyze plant performance, and identify improvement opportunities. Utilize understanding of COGS to provide scenarios for operational improvement. Identify cost-saving opportunities, validate savings, and keep the operations team on track. Understand and communicate spend drivers and their future impact on business decisions. Lead reviews of spend and hours, prepare month-end closing entries, and plant performance reports, including variance analysis. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Perform annual cost roll and related analytics. Monitor inventory levels, identify risks and opportunities, and support inventory and cycle count analysis. Support capital projects by reviewing equipment requests, providing analysis, and coordinating with project owners and controllership. Partner with the SIOP team to analyze order trends versus demand planning. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Internal Audit and FP&A. YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field. 5+ years of experience managing plant financials, with expertise in cost accounting and standard cost roll-out. Proficiency in SAP and advanced skills in Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong time management skills and a focus on process improvement.
