Base salary up to $115K, Full Benefits Day One, Bonus, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K+, Paid Time Off, etc. Summary: A prestigious Global AM 100 Law Firm is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its firm-wide planning efforts. This role will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, offering analytical insights that drive strategic decisions across departments and global offices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and tech-savvy, with experience in Oracle-based systems and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities for Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst: Assist with annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting across departments and global offices. Analyze monthly variances, investigate discrepancies, and support business units with corrective action plans. Develop, update, and distribute firm-wide financial reports and dashboards using Oracle tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and implement financial process enhancements. Perform detailed ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling as requested by leadership. Support system upgrades, testing, and maintenance of business rules within Oracle. Provide training and consulting to department users on budgeting tools, templates, and forecasting best practices. Requirements for Financial Planning & Analysis: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required. Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis, budgeting, or reporting experience in a professional services environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Oracle applications, including SmartView and Financial Reporting Studio. Experience working with Oracle, Aderant, 3E or Elite required. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
