Full-time, Monday–Friday What You’ll Do Perform durability and crash analyses on structural systems using advanced finite element tools such as

Optistruct, Abaqus, LS-Dyna , and post-processors like

Hyperview or META . Analyze CAD-based designs to assess structural integrity and optimize performance for high-impact environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, and supply chain partners—to gather detailed material properties, joint specifications, and system constraints. Interpret simulation outputs to inform component-level and system-level design decisions. Translate simulation findings into design boundaries, material performance requirements, and actionable engineering guidance. Lead and develop physical test plans to validate digital simulation outputs. Define and implement scalable, repeatable processes for structural simulation, optimization, and design validation across new program launches. What You’ll Bring A

Bachelor’s degree (7+ years) ,

Master’s degree (5+ years) , or

PhD (3+ years)

in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field. Demonstrated expertise in: Finite element modeling of structural systems Durability and crash analysis Structural mechanics and materials Crashworthiness of mechanical enclosures or subsystems Strong working knowledge of

CAD/FEA integration

(preferably with tools like CATIA or NX). Experience managing

CAE validation plans , including physical test correlation. Ability to summarize and present analysis results and design recommendations in clear, actionable terms. Familiarity with automotive product development cycles or similar high-performance, safety-critical applications is a plus. Proven ability to navigate technical complexity and collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams. Seniority level
