What You Will Do Collaborate on
interior architecture and
interior design
projects
that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and management of budgets and schedules Coordinate with Interior Designer

Project Architects
and Project Managers
to
accomplish
project milestones Provide project team coordination for finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, consultants, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives M

client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination E
stablish and
maintain
ongoing, productive client relationships Provide guidance, mentorship and training to teammates as needed Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
Architecture
,
Interior Design or
Interior
Architecture
from an accredited program 15+
years of
relevant (interior architecture for workplaces)
professional experience Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD,
3D
and other modeling software programs Strong knowledge of the design process, including FF+E, furniture systems and specifications,
color
and materials Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, SPEXX a plus Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development Ability to communicate design ideas and direction
with speed and accuracy A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Strong leadership, organization,
communication
and relationship
building
skills Demonstrated
commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices;

ortfolios should include at least one project (

built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard,
