The Technical Product Manager role is hybrid, requiring onsite work at the Fulfillment Center in Commercial Point, OH about 50% of the time. The role involves developing technology for Babylist’s eCommerce experience, focusing on fulfillment and operations. Responsibilities include partnering with operational teams to deliver technical solutions, being an expert in WMS software (HighJump), driving the product lifecycle from discovery to iteration, working closely with engineering to deliver initiatives, aligning stakeholders across departments, defining success metrics, and continuously improving workflows. Candidates should have at least 5 years in agile development, 3+ years in operations, supply chain, e-commerce, or manufacturing, strong cross-functional communication skills, and experience with WMS systems like HighJump, Manhattan Associates, or Blue Yonder.
