Reddit is seeking an experienced sales leader responsible for building and growing key global partnerships that are of substantial revenue-generating importance. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic plans for each global account, focusing on engagement, growth, and long-term partnership, leveraging Reddit’s capabilities and solutions. This role’s overarching responsibility is to elevate our global strategic partnerships, business operations, and teams across all markets. You will oversee a team of Sales Managers within our Global Strategic Accounts function. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of leadership, strategic planning, client relationship expertise, and a passion for building scalable global solutions. This role is required to be based out of San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York City. Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team of Sales Managers, Client Partners, and Account Managers focused on Reddit’s most complex and valuable global partnerships; driving global revenue growth by identifying opportunities in new and existing markets and managing Joint Business Partnership agreements; developing scalable global playbooks and industry-specific strategies; centralizing communication structures and consolidating product requests; working across internal teams to meet partner goals and communicate client feedback; championing thought leadership and driving the global JBP framework; building senior executive relationships with partners; ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination; aligning global goals with company strategy; identifying next-generation partnerships; and leading multi-region education sessions and events. Required qualifications include 15+ years in digital media sales/marketing, 8-10+ years people management in sales, deep understanding of digital advertising and go-to-market strategies, experience with global deal structuring and revenue forecasting, proven ability to optimize partner measurement models, track record of scaling global partnership programs, strategic and data-driven thinking, experience managing cross-regional teams, strong executive presence, ability to influence cross-functionally, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and preferred startup or high-growth experience.
