The Program Coordinator is a key member of the Operational Excellence team within the Facilities Planning and Design Business Unit, providing support to vice presidents, directors, managers, and senior project leaders. This role manages strategic project support, coordinates meetings and events, and oversees compliance and reporting activities. Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and seeks opportunities to learn and implement new tools to enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple administrative and project initiatives, tracking timelines and deliverables. Monitor and support activities to ensure regulatory compliance. Serve as liaison between internal teams, leadership, vendors, and stakeholders. Review and process planning and medical space requests, support contractor selection, and maintain databases. Assist with governance processes and ensure smooth execution. Develop PowerPoint presentations for project updates. Uphold quality standards and contribute to process improvements. This position is suited for an organized, detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. The candidate should have a strong aptitude for Microsoft 365 tools and a desire to enhance organizational efficiency. Overview The Program Coordinator supports planning, implementation, and support of programs that aid Stanford Health Care's growth. The role involves managing logistics for communication, events, and outreach, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication and operations. Locations Stanford Health Care Responsibilities Lead/support projects to improve operations and growth. Organize workgroups to develop processes and procedures. Manage logistics for internal and external communications and events. Understand care coordination workflows. Produce marketing and event materials. Assist in vendor and contractor selection. Implement quality control measures. Assess and recommend process improvements. Represent Stanford Health Care professionally in the community. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Four or more years of related experience in development, office management, or customer service. Knowledge of project management and process improvement principles. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain confidentiality. Additional Information No licenses or certifications are required. The role supports Stanford's commitment to exceptional patient and family experiences, emphasizing the C-I-CARE standards. The salary range is generally $46.85 - $60.90 per hour, depending on experience and other factors.
