Role Overview Shape the future of human-AI collaboration by building the visual interfaces that orchestrate intelligent agent teams solving real-world problems. Join our fast-paced startup environment working on AG2 Studio and bespoke agentic-based solutions. You'll help define and build the user experience for creating, debugging, and supervising multi-agent workflows that power real-world applications. What makes this role exciting: Work with the leading open-source multi-agent framework (20K+ developers) Pioneer AI-native organizational transformation through cutting-edge interfaces Build next-generation human-AI collaboration interfaces Work directly with AI researchers and contribute to open-source frameworks used by thousands Gain expertise in the rapidly growing field of agentic AI systems Responsibilities Build responsive and performant UIs using Next.js and React for complex agent orchestration Design and develop front-end features for AG2 Studio and agent-based solutions Create visual interfaces that handle thousands of concurrent agent interactions Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and AI researchers to deliver intuitive interfaces for orchestrating and debugging agents Implement modular, accessible, and maintainable styling using modern CSS Optimize load times, interactivity, and responsiveness in visual-heavy, real-time environments Build WebSocket-powered real-time monitoring interfaces for agent workflows Implement performance profiling tools for handling large-scale agent data visualization Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and ~3 years of professional experience in front-end development Proficiency with React and Next.js Strong understanding of CSS, including responsive design, component styling, and layout systems Experience working with REST APIs and modern front-end tooling Experience with WebSocket/real-time technologies - essential for agent monitoring Performance profiling experience for handling large-scale agent data Familiarity with Git and component testing (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) Nice to Have Experience with mobile app development (e.g., React Native) UI/UX for complex or stateful applications (e.g., node-based editors, low-code tools) State management experience (Redux, Zustand) for complex agent state tracking WebGL/Canvas experience for node-based visual editors Familiarity with agent-based systems or developer platforms Ready to Get Started?
