$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr This foundation in DC is seeking a temporary Operations Coordinator to dive into a blended role of administrative support to driven leadership and operational organization for a mission-oriented office. The ideal match possesses forward-thinking skills, takes the initiative to organize key details, schedules with precision, and maintains office functions. This is an exciting temporary role with no two days the same, requiring international and domestic travel booking, tackling diverse operations, back-office projects, and the highest level of professional communication. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively will help drive the success of the entire team. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate demanding, multi-time zone calendars with poise and precision. Prepare executives for meetings by organizing agendas, materials, and follow-ups. Draft and proofread professional correspondence and internal communications. Manage complex domestic and international travel planning from start to finish. Process monthly expenses and track travel-related costs with a high degree of accuracy. Manage office operations, such as supply inventory and ordering, vendor management, set-up and take-down for meetings, and ad hoc office projects. Organize team events, in-office meetings, and offsites. Encourage a welcoming office environment to internal contacts and external guests. Assist with administrative process improvements, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
