Job Title Talent Acquisition Advisor Responsibilities Manage full life cycle recruitment across multiple service lines and disciplines. Generate diverse candidate pools using various methods including job boards, memberships, and networking. Partner with the business to develop effective sourcing and pipelining strategies. Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Stay updated on sourcing tools, best practices, and recruitment strategies. Provide candidates with comprehensive information about the company and role, emphasizing Cushman & Wakefield's values and culture. Act as a Cushman & Wakefield ambassador to attract top talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Develop candidate pipelines through various channels including social media, campaigns, and referrals. Support multiple searches and coordinate with several hiring managers. Assist in managing and enhancing our employer brand and recruiting presence on social media. Participate in ad hoc recruitment projects as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree 4-6+ years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably including agency experience. Experience with candidate sourcing and business development in recruiting. Strong influencing skills with hiring managers. Market expertise and ability to advise on labor trends and competitor activity. Proven sourcing skills, including diversity strategies. Proficiency in MS Office, social media, and recruiting tools like ATS. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information.
