What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across Operations and Business teams - Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and market trends - Support the design and management of early-career and academic partnership programs - Engage with academic institutions to establish talent channels in STEM and research areas - Champion a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What is Required (Qualifications): - 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in G&A and technical or early-career talent engagement - Experience recruiting early-career talent through internships or academic partnerships - Strong organizational and time management skills to drive searches efficiently - Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to guide decisions - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with stakeholders and candidates

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Familiarity with academic institutions and technical student communities - Experience with university recruiting strategies, particularly in engaging PhD, Master's, or undergraduate talent - Skilled in using ATS and sourcing tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or SeekOut - A growth mindset and passion for operational excellence and inclusive hiring
