$80,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Process & Innovation Analyst FORGE is a values-driven architecture firm blending thoughtful design, technical rigor, and deep stakeholder collaboration. We’re looking for a Process Analyst who thrives on creating clarity from complexity and is ready to take ownership of building systems, tools, and workflows that support a high-functioning, creative studio. We are open to consultants and part-time candidates for this role. Primary Responsibilities Process Strategy & Execution Conduct interviews and observations to understand current team workflows, pain points, and needs. Analyze, document, and map existing processes across business operations and project workflows. Identify inefficiencies and propose realistic, scalable improvements with leadership input. Design and implement new workflows, templates, SOPs, and internal systems. Track adoption and effectiveness of new processes, adjusting based on team input and performance data. Partner with FORGE leadership to prioritize initiatives and maintain alignment with firm goals. Maintain clear records of all changes, decisions, and project status. Lead or assist in rollout of new systems, tools, or platforms. Training & Enablement Create accessible documentation and training materials. Deliver workshops or one-on-one training to ensure successful onboarding of new processes or tools. Support team members with implementation questions and troubleshoot roadblocks. Stakeholder Relationship Management Support partners and the broader team when it comes to change management. Maintain open and respectful communication with all levels of the organization. Facilitate feedback loops to ensure team voices are heard and incorporated. Stay grounded in FORGE’s values while promoting innovation and operational clarity. Professional / Technical Knowledge & Skills The following are areas of knowledge, technical or professional skills that are required for success in this position at FORGE: Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to map and optimize workflows across teams. Proficient in building clear, usable documentation, including SOPs, process diagrams, templates, and guides. Able to design and execute pilot programs, track adoption, and iterate based on user feedback. Familiarity with creative or professional services environments (architecture, design, consulting, accounting, legal, etc.). High emotional intelligence with the ability to gather and interpret qualitative input from diverse stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and training delivery. Comfortable working autonomously while also collaborating with leadership and project teams.
