We have 86 quarries and 56 asphalt plants across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, Texas, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio.

Rogers Group is currently seeking candidates to fill the

Accounting Admin

position based in Greer, SC .

This position will provide administrative support to all of our operations. Candidates must be motivated, safety conscious individuals with good multi-tasking skills to manage a variety of administrative and procurement related tasks. Performs general clerical duties in accordance with established procedures, requiring some judgement in the selection and interpretation of data. Candidate will also be trained to provide accounts payable, accounting, and billing support.

Job Requirements

Provide friendly, professional, and thorough customer service Enter requisitions for purchase orders Assist in processing paperwork for corporate accounting systems such as payable, etc Oversight of general office administrative duties May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties

Qualifications

High school diploma required Associate Degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management or similar work experience preferred Proficiency with Excel applications Excellent customer service skills Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi-task Ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills both oral and written Prior experience with accounts payable, general accounting, and billing related tasks preferred
