Oracle EBS Supply Chain Applications Lead
We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Supply Chain Applications Lead to join our team in Central Texas and become a key player in our ongoing ERP transformation. This role requires a seasoned professional with hands-on expertise in Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, as well as deep integration knowledge with Oracle Finance and Cost Management. The ideal candidate will be adept at steering multiple projects, managing change effectively, and driving the implementation of best practices in supply chain processes.
Salary:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct and facilitate detailed business workshop sessions to document critical business requirements and understand strategic initiatives. Implement functional modules, perform hands-on setup and configuration, and demonstrate the ability to improve process efficiency significantly. Act as a subject matter expert in devising solutions that optimize and standardize processes across the organization using Oracle e-Business Suite. Partner proactively with vendors to integrate new functionalities that support crucial functions like accounting, reporting, and financial planning. Design efficient KPIs to measure success and monitor the improvement of operational efficiencies continuously. Lead strategic and tactical initiatives, enhancing the organization's supply chain and manufacturing capabilities within the Oracle e-Business Suite environment. Own the release management process including prioritizing, planning, building, testing, and execution aligned with compliance requirements. Guide the development team to ensure that the solutions are architecturally sound and aligned with business needs. Train end-users to ensure smooth adoption and proficient use of the new systems and processes. Work collaboratively with both business and technical teams to ensure high-quality system design and deployment. Manage the configuration and change management processes effectively during both implementation and ongoing support phases. Lead resource management tasks, involving both onshore and offshore teams, to align with project deadlines and outcomes. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to analyze and refine solution processes continuously. Minimum Position Qualifications:
Ten or more years of Oracle EBS functional implementation experience, particularly in Supply Chain management. Proven expertise in business system requirement definition, prototyping solutions, system cutover, and defining support procedures. Substantial experience in managing multiple project streams, mitigating risks, and handling scopes and change requests effectively. Functional design and configuration experience in Oracle EBS modules including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Cost Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, ASCP, and WIP. Experience in at least three full lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS R12 applications. Comprehensive knowledge of integrating Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing processes within EBS. Strong data management skills, particularly related to operations data including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, BOM, and Master Data. Deep familiarity with AIM methodology and agile software development lifecycle protocols. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Oracle EBS certification. Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Skills:
