Senior Full Stack Engineer , you’ll work across the stack to develop and scale both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade applications. You’ll play a key role in solving challenges like: Reducing AI interviewer response latency to under 200ms Scaling infrastructure to support 1,000+ simultaneous interviews across geographies Designing vector databases to match candidates with highly specific traits Building fast, elegant interfaces for recruiters to view interview data Integrating with enterprise customers’ internal hiring systems Launching impactful features from idea to deployment What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience
in full stack engineering (senior, staff, or principal level) Strong background in building scalable systems and data-driven products Experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies Bonus: Hackathon or rapid prototyping experience — we love builders who move fast Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset Frontend:
