The Health Care Transformation Task Force (HCTTF) is a nonprofit membership organization that brings together health care payers, providers, purchasers, and patient/consumer representatives committed to accelerating the adoption of value-based care and payment models to transform the U.S. health care delivery system. HCTTF is a leading national voice inspiring meaningful change in the private and public sectors. We help our members progress in their individual value-based care journeys by facilitating shared learning forums and other collaborative experiences. HCTTF leverages the collective experiences of its members to shape operational and public policies and to advance best practices that promote innovations to improve outcomes and drive better population health for the people and communities they serve. Director of Policy & Strategic Initiatives

position to serve multiple functions on a fast-paced, collaborative team. Reporting to the CEO, this position will be responsible for a varied portfolio of strategic, membership, and project management initiatives; policy development projects; and private grant development and execution activities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package that will operate in a virtual workplace environment, with several in-person events held each year in Washington, DC. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Key Responsibilities Lead shared learning forums for HCTTF members, including strategy development, facilitation, and deliverables management. Drive initiatives related to value-based care, including payment reform, operational best practices, and person-centered care. Manage projects and private grants, from planning through execution, including oversight of timelines, deliverables, and evaluation. Provide staff leadership, mentorship, and support professional development across the organization. Support governance structures and executive leadership in implementing strategic priorities. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in health administration, public health, public policy, or a relevant advanced degree. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in public or private sector health care organizations, consulting, or policymaking. Strong understanding of health care delivery reform and value-based payment models. Proven experience leading stakeholder engagement initiatives and managing cross-sector collaborations. Analytical thinking, with experience in operational or financial modeling for population health or alternative payment models. Demonstrated success in project and staff management. Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a hands-on, results-driven approach to work. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with or within federal health policy frameworks. Based in the Washington, DC metro area. Travel Requirements Up to 5% local and national travel annually. Supervisory Responsibilities Salary Range Base salary for this position is $110,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience.
