Senior Backend Engineer , you'll join a high-caliber team of engineers, data scientists, and industry experts. You'll architect and build systems that drive real-time analytics and energy trading across one of the most vital infrastructures in the world.

Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Design, build, test, and maintain backend services • Drive architectural decisions that scale with the grid • Collaborate with DevOps to ensure efficient deployment • Lead full software development lifecycle • Promote and apply Agile best practices • Mentor engineers, contribute to cross-team collaboration • Engage in strategic discussions around system architecture
You Bring • Bachelor's in CS, Data Science, Math, or similar • 7+ years in software engineering (with leadership experience) • Mastery of
C#
and backend engineering principles • Strong grasp of
SQL Server
and relational DBs • Deep
cloud expertise (AWS preferred) • Experience with
REST APIs, JWT, ETL
pipelines • Passion for performance, scale, and clean design • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and lifelong learner
Bonus Points For
Leading major projects from vision to launch Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience Familiarity with energy markets or financial trading systems
