Vice President of Asset Management

Responsibilities: Lead cross-department collaboration to support capital planning, project budgeting, and asset performance tracking Oversee financial planning and analysis for a portfolio of commercial assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and return-on-investment assessments Manage lease underwriting and renewal forecasting in coordination with acquisitions team Support strategic financing efforts and assist in the preparation of related reporting and analysis Evaluate and support partnership and joint venture opportunities Serve as the liaison between operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and compliance with funding requirements Manage a mid-sized team responsible for delivering actionable insights on asset performance Collaborate with external stakeholders to support ongoing strategic and reporting initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management including leadership experience Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Familiarity with lease structures, financial modeling, and reporting Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex initiatives Experience with capital structuring, joint ventures, and institutional partnerships Seniority level
