Description The Wind River Cloud Platform Product Management team is responsible for our private cloud product, automation/orchestration, and analytics, serving customers with cloud-native intelligent systems from the edge to data centers. This role is pivotal to the company's growth, involving customer engagement, product adoption, roadmap creation, and expectation management. Responsibilities include: Engaging with customers and sales teams for RFP responses, product updates, and feature prioritization. Aligning roadmaps with market demand and customer needs. Discovering and gathering customer requirements. Driving product adoption and sales strategies. Creating and communicating product collateral and value propositions. Assessing private cloud business sales and revenue targets. Understanding and promoting Wind River's competitive advantages. Collaborating with professional services to develop opportunities. Qualifications: 10+ years in enterprise product management, with experience in complex software customer engagement. Deep understanding of enterprise/IT procurement and business models. Technical expertise in private cloud software, Kubernetes, OpenStack, storage, and security. Business development experience is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related; MS/MBA preferred.
