$73,000 – $105,000 annually Our client is seeking
a dynamic and driven
Technical Project Manager
to lead exciting technology initiatives that power critical business operations. You’ll be at the helm of projects ranging from ERP system implementations to cloud data migrations and infrastructure upgrades—delivering solutions that keep the organization running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership, team members, and IT stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with strategic goals. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for audiences at all levels will be key to your success. What You’ll Do Lead technical projects from concept through to successful completion. Proactively identify risks and roadblocks—and implement solutions before they become problems. Coordinate distributed teams to work effectively toward shared objectives. Build and support a collaborative culture that values different work styles and perspectives. Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and guide the selection of new partners. Manage multi-site project delivery across multiple physical locations. Partner with stakeholders to define clear goals, objectives, and project deliverables. Create detailed timelines, schedules, and milestones to keep projects on track. Provide regular status updates to teams and leadership. Develop project processes, strategies, and best practices. Deliver training on project management methodologies to team members. Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including task assignments and performance reviews. Define team roles, responsibilities, and workflows using tools like RACI charts and Work Breakdown Structures. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. PMP Certification
(preferred, but not required). At least 2 years of IT project management experience. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing both internal teams and vendors. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Skilled at building consensus and managing ambiguity. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
