The organization addresses mental illnesses and addictions, offers in-school prevention programs, counsels individuals and families, operates alternative education and career programs, and provides affordable housing for special needs populations. The dedicated team of 180 employees, including 58 licensed and certified professionals, is central to the mission of NewBridge Services. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Program Director - Addictions Services, based in Haskell, NJ. The Program Director will provide strategic and clinical leadership for all addiction-related programs, including gambling and MAT services, ensuring excellence in service delivery. Responsibilities include, leading a team of professionals, ensuring client satisfaction, developing and implementing training programs, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Include: Oversee the provision of Gambling and Substance Use Disorder treatments in the Adult and Family Services Department, in close coordination with MAT program. Provide direct services to clients and document accordingly in electronic health record/NJSAMS (50%), and complete administrative duties (50%). Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, provide counseling and support in both individual and group settings, maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes. Provide supervision for SUD staff and counselor interns Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Facilitate educational workshops on substance abuse prevention and recovery ensuring compliance with regulatory training requirements. Work with the Executive Director of Counseling Services to recruit and hire qualified staff to recruit and hire qualified staff. Ensure program compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, work with the Chief Administration Officer to address licensing and regulatory activities on a state and county level. Advocate for clients’ needs within the community and healthcare systems. Stay informed about best practices in addiction treatment. Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (required). Valid LCADC (required) Certified Clinical Supervisor certification (required) At least 5 years direct service experience and 3 years supervisory experience Advanced competency in clinical activities including evidence based practices, theories of mental health and substance use disorders and intervention strategies, and the use of medications in the treatment of substance use disorders. Strong management skills with experience in program development (highly preferred). Dually licensed LCADC/LCSW (highly preferred) Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 Benefits:
