Spring Mountain Treatment Center is seeking a dynamic professional to join as a Director of Business Development. Reporting to the CEO, this role oversees Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department. Responsibilities include achieving optimal utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through effective marketing strategies, strategic planning, sales management, and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase organization’s reach and effectiveness.
Lead and manage the marketing team, including training and oversight of sales and marketing programs.
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities to expand the organization’s services and market presence.
Collaborate with the facility management team on strategic planning and operational improvements.
Maintain and enhance relationships with referral sources and community partners.
About Spring Mountain Treatment Center
Spring Mountain Behavioral Services has provided mental health services in Las Vegas since 2001, serving children, teens, adults, and seniors with behavioral health or addiction issues. Our primary location focuses on stabilization of acute symptoms for patients aged 5 to 65, along with outpatient programs for teens. Our secondary location offers outpatient and inpatient programs for adults and seniors.
Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health facility providing acute crisis stabilization services in a secure inpatient setting, featuring a structured therapeutic environment, physician oversight, and diverse educational programs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Experience in marketing and sales within behavioral healthcare preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in organizational communications, referral development, sales management, and physician relationships.
Strong leadership, social media proficiency, client service skills, and public speaking ability.
Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate empathy and patience.
Must obtain BLS certification and pass background checks.
