Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning Strong understanding of Finance and Financial Services Proven ability to develop personalized financial strategies Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, CEP) are an advantage Experience in client relationship management is beneficial What We Offer: Pre-set Appointments: 5-8 appointments weekly with pre-retirees and retirees aged 59 1/2 to 77. High Earnings Potential: Earn $150,000 to $350,000 per year, with top advisors making over $500,000. Independent Role: Focus on advising, without the burden of marketing, HR, and tech duties. Back Office support in Case Design (Not just illustrations but also case design on how to get the sale), New Business Support, Marketing, and more. Comprehensive Training: Proven training and a success roadmap that has doubled our advisors' businesses. Job Description: Are you a driven Financial Professional looking to elevate your career? Join our growing team where you'll have the unique opportunity to focus solely on advising clients, without the hassle of marketing, HR, and technology management. We provide 5-8 pre-set, high-quality appointments per week directly on your business calendar. These are actual appointments, not just leads. Our leadership has produced over $4 billion in annuity sales through expert marketing and advanced sales training over the last two decades. Responsibilities: Meet with clients in their homes to provide financial advice and retirement planning. Help clients achieve their retirement goals through effective financial strategies. Participate in ongoing training and workshops to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Stay committed to a schedule of 5-8 appointments per week. Need to Have: Must Be Located in California Active Life License in California (Required). Nice to Have: Series 65 or 66 Securities License (Preferred, but not required). Minimum of 2 years of experience selling annuities. (Preferred, but not required) High energy and willingness to travel for in-home appointments.
