This role is responsible for the full product lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration. Key Responsibilities Build deeply loved products by developing a rich understanding of user needs Lead product management for hardware offerings, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap Own end-to-end development cycles, from early prototypes to post-launch updates Make thoughtful decisions about product trade-offs, balancing user needs and technical feasibility Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to measure success and guide future efforts Partner with marketing to support go-to-market planning, communications, and community engagement Manage and mentor a small team of product managers, setting strategic direction Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to ensure product leadership Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and other teams to realize the product vision Required Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience A proven track record of launching successful consumer hardware products Experience managing complex product development cycles from concept through delivery Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed decision-making approach Experience building and leading lean, high-impact product teams Deep familiarity with hardware development, including prototyping, manufacturing, and supply chain logistics Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Strong interest in artificial intelligence Technical background and comfort working closely with engineers Experience developing tightly integrated hardware and software products Familiarity with international manufacturing and global supply chains The company fosters a workplace where all team members feel respected, included, and empowered.
