Position Summary The Intelligence Analyst is responsible for supervising a team of intelligence analysts in developing and producing intelligence-driven support products that assess risks, analyze data/information to mitigate vulnerabilities to the client’s assets, operations, strategy, and brand reputation. The SIA must possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quality check and write analytical reports and studies as required by the supervisory chain. Additionally, the SIA must have experience supervising others and collaborating in a team environment. The SIA should have a passion for leading and managing others, conducting analysis, problem-solving, and advising decision-makers. This is a multi-functional role that collaborates closely with numerous internal and external stakeholders/partners. The SIA must maintain a positive attitude and articulate their thoughts clearly and concisely during normal operations and stressful situations. They must also develop others, set objectives, and manage a team towards their completion, taking direction and providing constructive feedback when necessary. Pay Transparency/Compensation $130,000 Per Year Responsibilities Manage a team of analysts providing intelligence support on emerging threats and early warning indicators. Maintain detailed situational awareness of external events that may threaten or impact the client. Provide timely and effective support to intelligence requests and ad-hoc client requests. Develop analysis and deliver assessments to the client. Oversee the development of intelligence products that assess threats and analyze information to mitigate risks. Supervise tactical and strategic intelligence support for various security operations. Prepare and present intelligence briefings to client leadership and targeted audiences. Maintain proficiency with social media platforms, search tools, and open-source intelligence resources. Implement intelligence reporting processes and assign reporting responsibilities. Coordinate with stakeholders regarding intelligence requirements. Train, mentor, and supervise intelligence analysts. Safeguard sensitive and confidential information. Complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Qualifications College Degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as security studies, law enforcement, intelligence, political science, or international affairs. 8+ years of relevant experience in intelligence or related fields. 2+ years of supervisory experience leading others. Ability to handle highly confidential information. Proven supervisory skills in high-stress environments. Strong analytic, oral, and written communication skills. Proficiency in web-based social media platforms, search tools, and communication technology. Ability to teach and develop others in analytical tradecraft and platforms. High emotional intelligence and maturity. Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools. Willingness to be on-call during weeknights and weekends. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Military or Law Enforcement Intelligence experience. Leadership and management skills. Strong communication and writing skills. Advanced proficiency in OSINT resources and social media platforms. Dedicated to continuous professional development. Knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
